"Muan" (In Isan dialect) = Fun , "Zen" = Noodle

 With a commitment to make noodle-based dishes that will bring happiness to the table. To give the broth its unique flavor, more than ten herbs and Chinese herbal medicines are stewed. In combination with mulberries and mulberry leaves from Eden Organics garden at Pak Chong, sweet corn from Suwan Corn Farm and Hauymon pineapple, together they create a mellow broth that is rich in aromatic Thai-Chinese herbs.
